    • The Blue Inspire Workshop - a collaborative workshop between leading institutions from around the world to address ocean conservation concerns with innovative technology and science.

    • Annual Mermaid Magic programming - from planning to execution to bring in external performance mermaids for enhanced guest experience.

    • Magic Mike Alligator limited time exhibit for enhanced guest experiences.

    • Annual holiday programming - from planning to execution to add enhancements from decor to special appearances, for guest enjoyment.

  • As a PADI and DAN Instructor and a previous Dive Safety Officer, she can assist with your dive operations to ensure the highest standards of safety.

  • Most of Shannon’s positions over the past decade have been in leadership roles. While the management still falls to you and your team, she is able to advise and provide solutions and insights from an outside perspective, so that you and your team are set up for success.

    Examples of past work:

    • Manages all the Fellows participating in The Bahamas Ocean Science Fellowship program.

    • Expedition Leader and Staff Marine Biologist for marine research expeditions with teams ranging from a couple people into the teens.

    • Supervisor for the opening team to establish the award winning SeaTREK program at OdySea Aquarium.

    • Supervisor then Manager of a team that averaged 15 team members year round who were responsible for three areas of work: guest immersion program, animal husbandry, and the dive program.

    • Managed an entire dive program that consisted of over 50 active divers (staff and volunteers).
