With over 10 years working in the ocean space, she has a comprehensive and unique set of skills thanks to her variety of leadership positions across the marine conservation non-profit sector and aquarium industry.

With experience overseeing field expeditions, scientific research, non-profit programs and operations, animal husbandry, dive operations, and project management, Shannon brings a unique perspective to any team. A firm believer that most skills are transferable between positions, she is able to streamline and optimize operations and effectively troubleshoot challenges.
